Only the chef Manu Deu of the lounge-restaurant “Buddha-bar” cooks the most delicate steamed seabass in Kiev. Seabass cooked steamed in the lounge-restaurant is served with baby-carrots, mushrooms “Gellee” and pakcha salad. The tender seabass fillet is complemented with the sauce "Tamarin" and steam rice.
